We are now considering the formation of a Qualifying Clan, Garbage Pail Kids, you may apply if you think u r less than DARPA standards as follows.
Applications will be considered upon obtaining 70%+ WR with 1000+ battles in any Tier II-VI.
If 1 can obtain this requirement, this is good evidence that 1 may b able to work well with others in a team environment.
Exceptions may be made with 1st hand experience in battle,
